What we do.
Our Recruitment Area of Focus is divided into two strands:

First Strand -Within the UK
We recruit Nurses, Support Workers, Health Care Assistants, Etc in the UK for our partners

•We undertake a recruitment drive for candidates in the UK of interest with partners in the UK.

• We do the shortlisting based on briefs

• We do the initial due diligence with candidates ensuring they are who they claim to be, and suitable for the job.

• We check the work permit or eligibility to work in the UK

• We conduct comprehensive DBS checks for candidates

• We introduce them to care homes, residential homes, hospitals, nursing homes Etc

Second Strand -We engage in Overseas Recruitment Drive.

We recruit Nurses, Doctors, Support Workers, Health Care Assistants, Etc from overseas

• We undertake a recruitment drive for candidates abroad in areas of interest with partners in the UK.

• We do the shortlisting based on briefs from service providers.

• We do the initial due diligence with candidates ensuring they are who they claim to be, and suitable for the job

• We partner with organisations that provide services on criminal activities and records check internationally including the police character report in Nigeria.

• Each candidate will undergo the test in TOELF (For Doctors and Nurses) only.

• We provide essential training in Health and Social care: Diversity, equality, and inclusion Training, Safeguarding Adults, Safeguarding Children, Ethical values in Health and social care. Dementia, Person-centered care, Effective Communication, and Interpersonal Skills. Important Human Rights Laws and Legislation in Health and Social Care: Human Rights Act 1998., Equality Act 2010., National Midwifery and Nurses Council Code of Conducts 2015/2018 Etc.

• We present our candidates to employers in the UK hospitals, care homes, Nursing Homes , Residential Homes, Etc for consideration.

• We support visas application for successful candidates to the United Kingdom for those coming from overseas.
